RIG-UP
Mainline of 15-20lb. monofilament is recommended. Tie mainline to ball bearing swivel. Attach 3 ft. leader from swivel to ZELDA JIG.
Jigging
Let your ZELDA JIG sink to the depth where fish should be feeding or "just above" them. Raise the rod-tip briskly, about 3 feet, then immediately drop the top to create a free-fall for the jig. Most fish hit on the fall. When you lift up, you'll feel a resistance. Without delay, set the hook and begin playing your catch.
Casting
Cast ZELDA JIG out into surface-feeding fish or where fish are likely to be. Lift rod-tip briskly then immediately drop the tip to create free-fall of the jig. Reel in the slack line. Repeat.
Trolling
Surface-troll at a speed where the rod just starts to "pound", showing lure action. ZELDA JIG can be deep-trolled in the usual method with or without flasher.
Bending
The best bend is already incorporated into your ZELDA JIG at the factory. We DO NOT recommend anglers bending this lure.
